CES 2026 figures (Attendance Audit Summary) — baseline for the 2027 edition.

Ten days worth a year of prospecting

Two major events follow one another, five days apart, on the American West Coast: CES in Las Vegas, which celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2027, then the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, its 45th edition. The first opens up the market, partners and distribution. The second opens up funding. Attending them separately means two trips; attending them back to back costs only one week in your calendar.

Since the EU–US framework agreement of July 2025, European technologies exported to the American market have been subject to customs duties of around 15 to 20% — nearly 20% on many medical devices. The operational consequence is simple: exporting from Europe is no longer enough — you need to be present on the ground in the US, understand the industrial reshoring movement there, and adapt your go-to-market. This is exactly what this programme organises.

What we do — and what we don't

It is not
It is
A group trip with a free visit of the show.
Guided support in small groups, with several tracks run in parallel.
A stand to staff, costly and time-consuming.
A mobile, qualified presence — the stand has deliberately been dropped from the 2027 set-up.
A pile of photos and brochures.
A structured wrap-up: debrief every evening, video capture, personalised booklet after the trip.
A delegation of a hundred people.
15 to 20 participants: about ten companies and five to six students. The group is closed.

Verticals covered

Health & MedTech
Smart cities
Supply chain
Mobility
Film & entertainment
Artificial intelligence

You indicate your two priority verticals when registering: they determine the make-up of your track over the three show days.

The day-by-day programme, 6 to 18 January 2027

Schedule of the full package (Combo); packages A and B follow the corresponding sequences.

Phase 1 · CES Las Vegas · 6 to 9 JanuaryThe market, partners, distribution
Wed 6 JanDay 1

CES opening — getting your bearings

Welcome of the delegation and opening briefing: show floor plan, American business codes, individual objectives. First guided walk through the Las Vegas Convention Center. Group debrief at the end of the day.

Thu 7 JanDay 2

Sector tracks — groups in parallel

Up to four tracks run simultaneously according to your verticals: health, smart cities, supply chain, mobility, film and entertainment, artificial intelligence. Evening debrief and capture of the first insights.

Fri 8 JanDay 3

“Techploration” and conference

Free but structured exploration: everyone goes hunting for trends, then reports back to the group — the format that produces the most value per hour spent. Conference Le Jeu de l'oie du CES (The CES Game of the Goose) by Dr Yannick Bardie. Networking dinner for the French-speaking delegation.

Sat 9 JanDay 4

Eureka Park, closing and summary

Start-ups and national ecosystems at Eureka Park. End-of-show B2B meetings. Closing debrief: what each person takes home, and what they do with it on their return.

Mon 11 JanDay 6

Opening — healthcare sector briefing

B2B meetings and matchmaking

Qualified meetings in MedTech, BioTech and digital health, on the sidelines of the conference. Pitch coaching and hot debrief.

Wed 13 JanDay 8

Satellite events and ecosystem

J.P. Morgan week is as much about what surrounds the conference as the conference itself: side events, receptions, chance encounters. We position you in the middle of it.

Thu 14 JanDay 9

Final meetings. Debrief: which funding or partnership leads are genuinely open, and which are not.

Phase 4 · Anchoring and return · 15 to 18 January

Mon 18 JanDay 13

Delivery, in the following weeks, of your delegation's personalised booklet.

Detailed schedule to be finalised at the end of September 2026, once logistical decisions are made; may be adjusted in line with the organisers' official programme.

Support, not just a trip

The difference between a show visited and a show leveraged comes down to six things. All of them are built into the programme.

01

Support in small groups

Three days of guided show time, with up to four tracks run in parallel according to verticals. Nobody gets lost in 2.5 million square feet.

02

Debrief every evening

On all three evenings of CES. This is when what has been seen becomes usable: pooling, comparing interpretations, making trade-offs. It has become participants' most requested feature.

03

“Techploration” track

An alternative to the guided tour: you go hunting for trends, identify what produces a “wow” effect, then report it back to the group. You remember what you have had to explain.

04

Video capture and interviews

Fixed studio and mobile units on site. Interviews, testimonials and short clips, delivered ready to publish on your networks — your presence at CES becomes a communication asset.

05

Conference “Le Jeu de l'oie du CES” (The CES Game of the Goose)

A reading of the show by the person who wrote a book about it: how it is built, where the value hides, and the traps that 90% of European visitors fall into.

06

Personalised booklet after the trip

A document produced in your company's colours, setting out your tracks, your meetings and your learnings. Proof of work you can use internally, with a committee or with an investor.

Travel services

International return flight · business-class hotel accommodation · airport and inter-site transfers · CES access badge · Las Vegas → San Francisco transfer (Combo package) · delegation networking dinner · on-site assistance throughout the stay.

Not included: meals not mentioned, personal expenses, travel and cancellation insurance (strongly recommended), ESTA authorisation or visa, participation fees for third-party events not in the programme.

Four ways to take part

The group is deliberately limited. The prices below are indicative per participant, in a single room, departing from Paris.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to speak English?

Professional English is helpful but not essential: the support team is French-speaking and the debriefs are held in French.

Can two people from the same company come?

Yes, and it is often worthwhile: two different tracks run in parallel cover twice as much ground. Terms on quotation.

What if I can only attend part of it?

Packages A and B are independent. A tailored arrangement remains possible as long as the group is not closed.

Is the CES badge guaranteed?

Yes, it is included and booked by us as soon as the second payment is received — this is one of the reasons for the 7 November deadline.

Your delegation leader: Dr Yannick Bardie

YB

CEO, Intelligence in Life — author of “Le Jeu de l'oie du CES de Las Vegas” (The Las Vegas CES Game of the Goose)

As head of Intelligence in Life, Yannick Bardie has for several years led French delegations to CES in Las Vegas under the LearnEx Ticket USA banner. A doctor by training, he divides his time between advising executives, higher education and writing. His work focuses on organisational reliability, clinical research and the governance of artificial intelligence — three angles that give CES a rather different reading from that of a gadget show.

He is the author of Le Jeu de l'oie du CES de Las Vegas, an immersion narrative that has become a reading guide to the show: its squares, its shortcuts, its setbacks. The conference drawn from the book is given on site, on the third day — when the group has already seen enough for the reference points to make sense.

“At CES, the problem is never seeing things. It is knowing which ones matter to you — and being able to demonstrate it to your committee when you get back.”
